Questions we are frequently asked
If you’re unsure about which camping or touring pitch to book or have a question about any of our facilities or local attractions, try browsing our list of frequently asked questions, below.
If you still cannot find what you’re looking for, simply give us a call or send us an email.
Pitches are normally ready by 1pm and we ask that you do not arrive before this time unless specifically agreed in advance.
Please advise us if you are likely to arrive later than 7:30pm. Latest arrival / check-in time is 7:30pm (you will not be permitted on to the park after this time and we suggest that you make alternative accommodation arrangements and you will be able to check-in from 8:30am the next day).
Pitches must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of your departure.
Full-serviced pitches have 16 amp electric with water and a TV aerial point included.
Standard pitches only have 10-amp electricity points.
There are bus stops at the entrance to the park (both sides of the road) where you can catch a bus to Witney and then an onward connection to Oxford or London.
We are approximately 10 miles (16 km) away from Oxford.
Parking in Oxford is expensive so we recommend either getting the bus from Standlake via Witney or by driving and parking at Oxford Pear tree Park and ride rather than driving into Oxford itself.
We do offer seasonal pitches – please contact us for the latest prices.
Yes we are a dog-friendly park – but we ask that dogs are kept on a lead whilst on the park.
